What is the difference between Menu Therapy and other online meal planning services?

How many people will the standard menu plan feed?

Each menu will comfortably feed a family of four. However, care has been taken with each menu to ensure that ingredients can easily be doubled or halved when necessary.  


How many menu plans are provided each week?

Due to the busyness of today’s family, research shows that families most often only eat at home 5 nights throughout the week. To minimize waste as well as cost, Menu Therapy provides plans for 5 dinners each week.


How will Menu Therapy help me save time and money?

That’s an easy one! Menu Therapy is designed with the busy mom or dad in mind. We will prepare your menu, shopping list and provide step-by-step recipes saving you hours each week. Menu Therapy also promises to help you maximize your groceries to get the full benefit of each product you buy. Gone are the days of chucking wilted greens and moldy cheese because you didn’t use it before it went bad, saving you tons of cash. 


How much does Menu Therapy cost?

For just $5 per month, you will never have to plan another weeknight meal again! We bill quarterly, so you will see a $15 charge that will cover your subscription for 3 months. You can also choose to pay for your entire year in advance for only $55 and receive one month free!

 

Do I need a PayPal account to become a subscriber?

 

Menu Therapy processes all payments through PayPal. PayPal keeps your personal information private and secure while allowing you to choose to pay via major credit card or your checking account. If you don't have an account you will be able to set one up during the check-out process. 


I just signed up, but can't log into my account. How long will it take for me to get 
access to my menu plans?

When  you sign up to be a Menu Therapy subscriber you will receive an email with an activation link. Before you are able to log in, you must check your email and click the activation link. If for some reason you don't receive an email, check your SPAM folder. 


What if I need to cancel my subscription?

We would be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel for any reason you can do so through the PayPal dashboard before your next payment date. PayPal will issue a cancellation confirmation.
